Founder
Neeru Vermani is the co-founder of Achievers School, bringing advanced academic credentials including bachelor's and master's degrees in English, an MBA, and a finance diploma. She has progressed steadily through a 20-year career and currently serves as a Project Manager and team lead at Cisco.
Having immigrated from India approximately 15 years ago, she gained perspective on the educational differences between the two nations through her sons Akul and Nipun's schooling experiences in California public schools. Both children progressed through the Fremont Unified School District, attending Hopkins Junior High and Washington High.
Her commitment to educational enhancement extends beyond her family. She has volunteered countless hours serving Parkmont Elementary and Hopkins Junior High over the last 9 years and actively participates in school PTA activities. She also dedicates time to Boy Scout troop 379, supporting her sons' membership.
Recognizing education's importance outside traditional classrooms, she previously operated a successful two-year neighborhood after-school initiative that generated positive parent feedback. This accomplishment inspired her vision to expand such programming and extend educational enrichment to broader communities through Achievers School.
