Divya Kohli
Founder
Divya Kohli is the founder and co-owner of Achievers School, an educational organization operating multiple locations across the Bay Area. She holds a Master's degree in Plant Genetics from the University of Florida and brings over 11 years of experience in early childhood education.
Her career trajectory progressed from classroom teacher to manager, director, and regional director before she entered entrepreneurship. In 2018, she established her first afterschool center in Fremont and co-founded Achievers with partner Neeru Vermani. The organization has since expanded to include three acquired preschools.
Divya emphasizes that introduction and clarity of basic math, language, science, and social concepts early on is a bedrock for building a successful future. She balances academic rigor with creative and physical development, believing children need holistic educational experiences beyond traditional curriculum.
Her personal mission extends globally — she aspires to bring quality early childhood education to underserved communities worldwide. Outside of work, Divya pursues artistic expression through visual art and dance, and values time with family and friends.
